Blue Collar Food Company is a Gourmet food trailer serving Colusa County. We serve deliciously filling food to our community- we love our northern California small town and are proud to call it home.
Jess Andreotti has been a Colusa Co. resident since 2013 when she met and later married multi- generational Colusa Co. farmer, Vincent Andreotti. She has been passionate about all things food since she was young and has been involved in the restaurant industry since 1999. She graduated from Sac State with a Bachelors in Foods and Nutrition and is now excited to grow a business catering to the amazing people who make her community great.
